Westpay’s third quarter of 2025 marks another solid step forward — characterized by continued profitable growth, a rising share of recurring revenues, and accelerating execution of the company’s SaaS strategy. Strong financial results, a scalable infrastructure, and new strategic partnerships further strengthen Westpay’s position as a leading Nordic provider of acquirer-independent payment solutions.

Significant achievements include:

  • Continued growth and expanding profitability – Net sales +5%, EBITDA +158%, and positive earnings on both EBIT and net result levels, driven by strong operational execution and recurring revenue scalability.
  • Recurring revenues at record level – 72% of total sales and ARR +11%, confirming the strength and predictability of Westpay’s SaaS-based business model.
  • Technological advancement and platform scalability – Full integration of Westpay’s payment infrastructure with Silverflow, enabling faster, more flexible acquiring connectivity and strengthening long-term competitiveness.
  • Financial position reinforced – Final payments from the directed share issue completed in Q2 were received during the quarter, further strengthening liquidity and providing headroom for continued expansion.
